Our Facility
Club K-9 of Charlotte is located in the historical 'NODA" district, off of North Davidson Street, one mile from downtown. Our state-of-the-art facility includes 18,000 square feet of indoor play space including rubberized flooring, 12,000 square feet of outdoor fenced play space with plenty of toys and playground equipment, and bed & breakfast style boarding.

Mission Statement
Club K-9 of Charlotte is committed to providing a safe, clean, fun-loving environment with excellent customer service for dogs and their owners. Our goal is simply to play and have fun with reinforcement of good behavior. We guarantee your dog will be "tuckered" at the end of the day. We also want your dog to look forward to their next visit and want the owners to feel confident that their furry friend is receiving the best care possible. Our staff is dedicated to the safety and well being of your dog.

Who We Are
Club K-9 of Charlotte is owned and operated by JP Brewer and her three lovely Weimaraners, Foster, Hannah and Zeus. JP is a Charlotte native with a background in Physical Therapy. She was inspired by her love for animals, by her own dogs and close friends to open such a unique facility.

Since owning a breed that tends to a have high energy level, who are easily prone to separation anxiety, she knows first hand how doggie day care can provide adequate exercise and socialization to help reduce such anxiety. There is a lot of truth behind the statement "a tired dog is a well behaved dog".

She has experienced both positive and negative situations at various boarding facilities. With many days spent on vacation she has worried about her dogs and wondered if they were getting enough attention and exercise or if they are just another number stuck in a kennel all day. If you have found yourself worrying about these same kinds of issues, we feel confident that you will be pleased with our unique concept at Club K-9.

We are proud members of the ABKA - American Boarding Kennels Association
