Club K-9 offers 2 convenient locations to serve you. The original location is 2 miles from uptown Charlotte, located in the historical "NoDa" neighborhood. The other is located close to I-77 and I-485 in Pineville. Both facilities are state of the art, providing over 30,000 sq feet of space, including outdoor and indoor playspaces. We are fully climate-controlled for the comfort of your dog. We also boast luxurious doggie condos for that "Bed and Biscuit" style boarding.

Club K-9 of Charlotte has been in operation since the fall of 2003. Owned and operated by J.P. Brewer and her 5 energetic Weimaraners. She was inspired by her love for animals, her personal dogs and her life coach to open such a unique concept in K-9 care.

She owns a breed that tends to a have high energy level, and who are easily prone to separation anxiety, therefore she knows first hand how doggie day care can provide adequate exercise and socialization to help reduce such anxiety. There is a lot of truth behind the statement "a tired dog is a well behaved dog".

She has experienced both positive and negative situations at various boarding facilities. With many days spent on vacation she has worried about her dogs and wondered if they were getting enough attention and exercise or if they are just another number stuck in a kennel all day.
